Sesame Seed Brown Rice Cookies
Ingredients:
- 120g ecoBrown’s Rice (Cooked)
- 70g Jati Glutinous Rice Flour
- 70g water
- 10g sesame oil
- 1g salt
- 2g black pepper
- 3g black & white sesame seed
Method:
- Place cooked brown rice, water, sesame seed, salt and black pepper into a food processor and blend to become paste.
- Mix in sesame seeds and combine well.
- Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper, weigh the paste to 60g and flatten into disk.
- Preheat oven to 180°C for 20 minutes and bake until crispy.
