Brown Rice Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 50g ecoBrown’s Pure Wholegrain Rice Powder
- 25g almond powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 20g icing sugar
- 60g cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 2 pinch salt
Method:
- Mix everything together until dough is formed then weight out 10-15g of dough to form a small ball.
- Repeat step one until all dough has been used up to form small balls.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the small balls onto the tray, brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes.
