Valentine Brown Rice Cookies
Ingredients:
- 50g ecoBrown’s Pure Wholegrain Rice Powder
- 50g almond flour
- 1g baking powder
- 1g baking soda
- 1g salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 30g butter
- 25g icing sugar
Method:
- Place butter and icing sugar in a bowl, mix until fluffy then add egg yolk.
- Combine pure wholegrain rice powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then pour into the mixture; beat at medium speed until well combined.
- Make two separate doughs, mix one dough with red food colouring. Roll dough to 1/2 cm thickness and cut with a heart-shaped cookie cutter then place them on a tray.
- Preheat oven to 180ºC and bake for 15-17 minutes.
